The group has established branch offices all over India with strategically located warehouses to cater to regional automotive component manufactures, cutting their inventory costs, rushing products just in time along providing them with local VAT benefits and saving them money while providing consistently high quality of raw materials. GEP has planned and implemented a single window solution to meet the requirements of automotive OEM sector. From a modest Rs. 2.5 crore in 2002, GEP has today achieved a turnover of over Rs. 380 crore.

The year 2008 was a landmark for GEP, giving impetus and thrust to growth. The group implemented a strategic plan for upward integration by setting up Polyplastics Automotive India Pvt Ltd for providing Moulding & Painting components to Hero Motocorp, Honda Scooters & Maruti Suzuki, the plant being located at the Industrial Growth Center campus in Bawal, Haryana on the Delhi-Jaipur highway. The new plant was set up in collaboration with Polyplastics, an associate company, in a plot measuring 10175 sq. mtrs. Polyplastics was an established player as a key supplier of moulded and painted plastic components to leading two wheeler and four wheeler manufacturers in India and the combined strengths gave capabilities to meet increased demand for quality parts and materials.

In the year 2009, GEP leaped ahead by establishing a new company,Poly Color & Compounds Pvt. Ltd. India (Delhi) & Malaysia . PolyColor focuses on offering consistently high quality colouring and compounding of engineering plastics raw material to the OEM sector. This planned step in backward integration has added hugely to the distribution value chain, along with providing customers cost advantage, as the cost of colouring and compounding in India is 50% lower compared to other parts of the world.

Additionally, Poly Color & Compounds Pvt. Ltd can also cater to small Quantity colouring requirements of customers, leading to cost effectiveness.

Successes in these two endeavours led GEP to implement ambitious plans for more progress and higher achievements. The group has incepted another company, Bawal Automotive in 2010 The plant is in the final stages of completion in a 43, 200 sq. mtr plot at Bawal, Haryana. It has a world-class tool room and moulding facility along with a paint shop set up in collaboration with a Japanese company.
