2002-2003 April 25, 2002, Goyal Polymers was established along with a warehouse in Delhi
2004-2005 In May 19, 2004, Haryana warehouse was established in Gurgaon.
2007-2008 In January 3, 2008, Uttar Pradesh warehouse was established in Ghaziabad.
Foundation of Polyplastics Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. was laid.
2009-2010 December 10, 2009, Poly Colour & Compounding Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in Delhi.
December 22, 2009, Maharashtra warehouse was established in Pune.
2010-2011 Goyal Polymers merged with Goyal Engg. Polymers Pvt. Ltd.
Uttrakhand warehouses were established in Haridwar.
Rajasthan warehouse was established in Jaipur .
Second Maharashtra warehouse established in Pune.
Foundation of Bawal Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. was laid
2011-2012
 Tamilnadu warehouse was established in Chennai.
