Transparent ABS

Toyolac is composed of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene (ABS). It is lightweight, takes a high finish and has durability. It can be easily processed and moulded into intricate components possessing high mechanical electrical and chemical resistance properties.

Features

Transparent ABS has high light transmission properties, takes on a high gloss and does not age easily. In addition, it has compressive strength, flexural resistance and impact strength. Since it is easily adaptable to colouring, beautifully finished components for industrial, automobile and home use can be produced using Toyolac 335X01. Combines with ease in injection moulding and extrusion process, these properties make it ideal for newer applications and for metal substitution.
